Quarantine is the largest and most brutal psychological experiment on the planet, and we will probably pay the cost of containing the nature of major health inequalities. According to the World Economic Forum, the end of 2020 will lead to a secondary epidemic of psychological exhaustion, poor mental health, stress, and eye fatigue. Many people are trapped in their homes with only a laptop and a cell phone screen; therefore, we are connected to our social communities and participate in our professional and educational responsibilities. We spend more time dealing with digital screens – and probably the wrong physical environment – than we will spend in a lifetime.

Our whole life is now halfway to learning online every day and trying to get a learning certificate. Teachers, coaches, students, companies, employees, and, above all, everyone is hijacked by cell phones like Zoom. Yes, it is their time, and it is safer to stay at home. Intensive sessions in front of a screen or a laptop and phone screen can cause eye pain, fatigue, blurred vision, fatigue, headaches, dry eyes, along with other neurological difficulties and eye fatigue. Below are some of the states of exhaustion and the consequences of online learning that the world is experiencing;

Mental Illness and Physical Strain

stressed

Extended access to digital screens can lead to very long-term physical injury. Back pain and migraines are common among people who spend long periods sitting in phone conversations at the movies or laptops. Night sessions with our electronic devices shorten our normal sleeping hours. People who spend time in front of a computer screen do not exercise, and computer addiction can lead to severe physical and mental illnesses and even hypertension.

Sleeplessness

tired

Insomnia problems occur when using a laptop or other digital devices, even just before bedtime. To prevent the influence of bright light from reaching a balanced need for sleep, you can avoid the overuse of digital devices, but this can be challenging in this electronic world. Problems come and go, but the wonderful thing is that they include options. Yes, sometimes it isn’t easy to find the answer, but it is possible.
